Cache sequin drop waist slip dress

this pretty dress starts with twisted spaghetti straps. The bus line is slightly padded. The waist has a smocked elastic pattern. The drop waist extends in tears to the hem. This is a sheer block over that has random sequins. Full line in excellent condition I can’t read the size tag. I believe it’s a six but I’m going to list as a medium, please see my measurements.
