Calvin Klein/Bergdorf Goodman Orange Dress

Calvin Klein/Bergdorf Goodman Bright Orange dress. The tag on inside reads size 8. I think its a swim cover up because of the poly-nylon fabric. I again have belted it but the length is loose knee length. Pit to pit measures 18 1/2 inches. Waist laying flat 17 1/2. Hip area 20 inches laying flat. Length 42 in front and 44 in rear. BELT NOT INCLUDED. I belted in picture but no belt loops. I think it’s meant to be worn loose but can of course be belted. Zipper on side under arm.
