Candle Capper Stay On Candle Topper Clothesline Cat, Blue Bird, Basket

This is a Candle Capper distributed by Old Virginia Candle Company. They stay on a jar candle while it is burning and act like a chimney to help the candle burn more evenly. This is new in the original box, but there is some damage to the box. It is called Clothesline and has movable clothes hanging on the line to dry, a cat, a blue bird sitting on the laundry basket with clothes in it. There is also a wash board.
