Purchased for a wedding in 2008 and stored in a garment bag since, this Carole Little blouse with shoulder bow detail is in perfect preowned condition, practically new without tags. The little bow on the shoulder is a pull-through piece of fabric with an enclosure, sort of like a men’s tie. Absolutely adorable. The colors are light blue, black and an off white/cream. Very stretchy. Lots of room and would easily fit a small through a larger-topped large.
