Carter’s dress 24 month long sleeve New with tags

Pink and green plaid with a touch of metallic. Copper color buttons and braided tie at waist. New with tags and excellent condition. Front shoulder has a natural fabric slub, or a slight defect in fabric. Also one on back side. See last 2 photos. This dress is not flannel.
