Women's dress by Green Envelope, Los Angeles. Nautical inspired, white with navy stripes. Size medium. Material is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Dress is supersoft and stretchy with beautiful bell sleeves. Preloved condition. Measures approximately 19.5" pit to pit and 31" long.
