This is a once in a lifetime find. While at a Cesare Attolini trunk show by invitation only, my partner and I were offered this amazing wool fabric to have a garment commissioned by Cesare Attolini. My partner wanted something traditional with a unique twist. What arrived to us a year later was this fabulous dressy-peacoat that could be worn with dress slacks. It is absolutely stunning. It is perfect for the fabric of two inch, alternating black and cobalt stripes. I cannot express the finite perfection of workmanship in each and every minute hand stitch. It is one of the most intricately made mens jackets I have ever examined. Unfortunately, my partner passed away prior to the jacket being complete, so it has never been worn.The style is absolutely timeless and will never go out of style.
