Chalet vtg wristwatch SWISS gold/silver tone stretch metal band Marked 8 sides

The watchband has markings on every link . on the other side of it looks like two rows of gold beads. Small and dainty the numerals are gold tone . not much information on this esoteric brand. Stainless steel back. My guess is it’s from the 30s or 40s, or perhaps the 50s. You would need to look up the patent number. It does not tick currently, It has a patent marking among many markings .
