@lauramartin25 Hi Laura, this is a 20" chest measurement. Clothing manufacturers' can't be trusted. Please take your most comfy favorite top, lay it on the bed, measure from arm pit to arm pit. That's your bust/chest size. You will always get a good fit when buying online. Make the seller give you measurements. Let me know how it turns out. I'm curious just how nuts these clothing people are, lol....

So it’s really a 40” bust. The 20 is laying flat.
