Not see thru at all and wears perfectly fine without nylon shorts underneath. Very Good Preowned Condition with no flaws except nylon shorts inside that would make it a skort were removed. They were a little loose and rode up. I found it better to wear my own white biker shorts under instead to avoid the bulkiness. Wears perfectly as a mini skirt as well and is super figure flattering.
