I do not understand the skirt...what is that around her waist??? Is it part of the skirt???? If so it does not look right... It looks like she has something on under the skirt.... What is the fabric...?? What is the condition??? You say nothing about either.

what is the cotton blend??? lol and is the band made from the same material as the skirt....for example.....CR made bodycon pull on mini skirts 95 cotton 5% spandex....The entire skirt is 95/5% cotton /spandex....and the stretch in the entire skirt including the waist is enough to hold up the skirt...I have very many of these skirts. If this has an elastic band at the waist it will be too small for me...too tight.
