Chi Chi London Meryl Embroidered Chiffon Cocktail Dress, 12

Beautiful navy chiffon dress with embroidery and sheer shoulders. I bought it from Nordstrom 4 years ago and wore it once for a wedding, and it has been sitting in my closet ever since. There are a few loose threads (see pics) but no rips or major flaws and no odors. It is from a smoke free home.
