Size chart for the brand puts size 42 as a Medium 6, and size 44 as a Medium 9 *most likely an 8 but listed as a Medium for consistency purposes, please keep in mind it is on the bigger end of an 8* Due to the open oversized nature could also fit a variety of sizes small and bigger than the listed size.
