By Chico’s. Their size 1. Black pencil skirt in excellent used condition. Approximate measurements: Waist 15, length 22. Side zipper. Rayon/nylon/spandex blend. Their size chart says it fits an 8 but I am an 8 and it is a little big so might also fit a 10.
