I reached out to you politely for an update and stressed that a delay was fine as long as I had some kind of communication. Customer service has also reached out to you with no response either, even though you are an ambassador and active almost every day. jelenalynn I have ordered from this seller twice this month and never received a package from either purchase. I received reimbursements from PM. Seller has never replied to any of my messages.. Apparently, she loves taking a lot of photos of herself, posting them and that's about it.
