Chico's brand - Like new deep royal blue jacket/shacket with decorative button sleeves. Jacket is V neck and has 2 front pockets and 2 front buttons. Material is 86% Linen and 14% nylon and is lightweight. Chico's size 3 is an XL. Beautiful. I measure armpit to armpit across the back 24" and shoulder to hem 25 1/2"
