5/$20 Chico's vest 

NWOT-This is a pretty pastel vest, which is almost like a windbreaker, has two front pockets, single zipper closure, with a pretty textured pattern. From the Weekends by Chico's line. Would be cute with some white shorts and deck shoes! B22.4
