Christopher & Banks Skirt - M- NWT!

I LOVE this pretty pull-on skirt. It is brand new and is made of two layers-- the under is a solid navy polyester, and the top layer is tiered polyester but looks like chiffon. The waist is stretchy. Colors are dusky blue, maroon, tan and brown. Waist - 15" Length - 33"
