Ciner became popular during the depression era by making high quality costume jewelry often worn by celebrities. Crafted and sold in New York city. This piece is 18 karate gold plated (as were all their gold costume pieces). Black beads are Japenese glass pearls silk knotted between each bead. Rhinestones are crystal.
