lindseyvallos Why are their stains? Will they come out? Do you know what they are?

doublestitches @lindseyvallos hello! I am unsure what caused the stains or why they are there. I bought this dress from a warehouse sale. I never wore it. They are tiny black dots that can be found on the left sleeve and towards the hem of the dress. I have not tried to remove the stains. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.
