Very pretty City Studio black party dress with silver sparkle on upper torso and chest area. Diamond like attached waist "belt" . Two layers of black tulle separated by two layers of fabric complete the bottom half.Chest area does have padding.Open back. Great for school dances/ prom. Worn only once. In great condition.
