This Ferris dress by Cleobella is made of a textured seesucker fabric that's made 100% organic cotton and has a lining that's also made of 100% organic cotton. It features a scoop neckline and a geometric tile print. The sleeves have an extra ruffle at the top and a button on the cuff. This dress is in excellent used condition with no flaws.
