She is a Softly Structured Bag, so she does not hold her shape well. She's soft and buttery. Her leather looks great with no visible scratches. Her hardware looks free of scratches as well. She came with no hang tag. I added a new hang tag with smooth leather, which does not match the pebble leather of the bag, but was the only option I have at the moment.
