It’s in great shape overall, other than the underside of the flaps does have some cracking from being opened/closed over time (and not being conditioned like it should have been). To preserve the material and prevent actual peeling, I added a couple of light protective layers of Mod Podge—works the same way I’ve saved peeling interiors on vintage Juicy bags! Still a super cute and functional piece!
