Restored by me! Vintage Penny Pocket bag with fully functional turn lock and interior pocket with zipper, also fully functional. Color is black, strap drop is 21 inches (crossbody). The strap does not detach, but you can wrap it around the interior of the bag to change it to a shoulder length bag. Hardware was polished with a jewlery cloth. The last photo is a screenshot from my restoration video! Excited for Penny to find a new home!
