Collectif by ModCloth plus size dress with tulle and plaid print

Beautiful tulle dress with plaid print by Collectif by ModCloth. This dress is preloved but in perfect condition. It features a few layers of tulle under and in top to give it a perfect poof. Two upper layers of tulle have a plaid print. Top bust area is a a black stretchy velvet fabric. This dress may need pressing as it’s stored in a. Storage box. Pictures don’t do this dress justice. The waist area has belt loops but belt is not included. Waist area is about 42”. Bust is about 48”. Full length is about 45”. MIDI length sleeve. Back has a pretty detail with around the neck with back choker and bow. This dress is stunning!
