The wraparound skirt measurements are approximately 42 1/2 inches wide with 18 1/half inch ties on each side Length of wraparound is approximately 15 1/2 inches. The underskirt with the elastic waist measures approximate Length 21 1/2 inches Elastic waist 12 inches stretches to 16 inches
