cleomantra @djmarquez1216 oh gosh I don’t know tbh - got it from a local antique type shop but it’s not stamped with an artist or year. Was pretty tarnished. I did a Google image search to see if it was like an Etsy artist or something and nothing came up with those exact words so makes me think it’s an older piece but can’t say definitely. Hope that helps! 😊
