Cow Salt and Pepper Shakers - Black and White. Vintage

Charming cow-shaped salt and pepper shakers. Perfect for adding a whimsical touch to your kitchen. they are very old. A lot of the black paint has come off in certain areas and so has the yellow paint on each has coming off in different places on the bottom of one of the cows. It says number 309. They’re both very heavy at first I thought maybe there was some salt and pepper inside which I still don’t know if there is or not nothings coming out or they’re just heavy because they’re old. They still are cute though. I do not know who has made them.
