Cynthia Rowley Patent leather tote bag-please read info

Wonderful bag with broken strap. I’ve had the straps reinforced, but not sure if somebody more creative can come up with an idea to repair/replace the broken strap. The bag itself has minor flaws otherwise in pretty good condition inside and out. See photos for close up flaws.
