Feminine, cozy, knit cardigan/bolero with ruffle details by Cynthia Steffe. Very unique and lovely. Well made piece that can be worn all year round. It has three clasps if you want to wear it closed and is in overall perfect condition. Size: small (has some stretch) Measurements when laying flat: Underarm to underarm: 17” Length: 16” Sleeve length from ruffle at the neck to the end of the sleeve: 14.5” (falls an inch or two above the elbow)
