Dair Black Sparkly Blazer XXL Retro Party Vintage

This is a really cool blazer that I think may be vintage, but I am not totally sure. The photos really do not do it justice! It is definitely very sparkly due to the sheen of the fabric. It has shoulder pads and is double breasted with only one functioning button. It is fully lined. Wear with slacks or for a sexy look just wear with a bra, pantyhose, and heels. I don't see a fabric content tag. Bust - 52 Waist -48 Length - 33 Sleeves - 28 1/2
