Devon Baer tunic mini dress

This is a reposh. Love the vintage look, but fit was just a tad tight on me. 100%cotten but the material is stretchy. I would say this fits a 0-2. Chest armpit to armpit approx 17” Length shoulder to hem approx 33” Could be a tunic or mini dress
