This is a a used Mickey bubble wand purchased at Disney worlds Magic Kingdom. It still works great after all these years and comes with the batteries. It has 3 settings, Off, On with just the lights and On with the lights and bubbles. It flashes colors from red, pink, blue, green. It starts slow then flashes quicker after a minute. Very cute for all the Mickey kids ❤️ Please see pics and video.
