99% cotton. 1% Lycra high quality denim. These are really nice jeans. I wish I could fit in them, however, I bought them and gained weight. Distressed denim boot cut jeans with flattering back pockets . Layed flat and measured across hips 17 inches, 6 inch rise, inseam 32 inches, bottom of leg opening 8 3/4 inches.
