hi. is this NWT? I don't see it listed as such, nor described as new in the listing, but the photos show tue hat with tags that kinda look like they've been removed and reapplied. thanks

@disc0kr0ger it is new with tags, I have updated details. The stickers have not been removed but this was purchased over a year ago so edges of silver sticker are coming up. I will post a video.
