It’s a plus size belt. I demonstrated how I would wear this jacket. It is lightweight (less than 14oz). It’s probably more of a cardigan than a jacket. I added a picture of a quilted jacket selling at Macy’s for $240. I was looking just to get an idea of the price since I do not have a tag.
