I replaced the crossbody strap with a leather strap I ordered online and the color matches beautifully. It’s more comfortable as well because it’s a wide strap.

angelmcook Please see the added photo. The zipper has a wave in it when closed. It zips just fine.

angelmcook Also, if you’re not familiar, all weather leather is more stiff and holds its shape. It’s not slouchy at all. This bag is old and still looks great.
