This custom-made slip-on dress looks like what Lady Grantham would wear to "go through" after dinner at Downton Abbey. The top blue layer feels to me like silk gauze. It's embellished all over with small sets of pearl-like beads that look like flowers. The bottom hem of the blue layer has larger pearl-like beads hanging from it. Underneath the top layer is a 2nd, dusty rose layer of fabric that also feels to me like silk gauze. The bottom hem of the 2nd layer has rose floral applique that has pearl-like beads in the rosettes. Underneath that 2nd layer is a 3rd layer of fabric that may also be silk, but isn't gauze. It's a solid/opaque fabric. That layer is also dusty rose, but is printed with an olive green floral pattern at the bottom back that peeps through at the legs.
The same rose applique and pearl-like beads that trim the hem of the 2nd layer of fabric also trim the neckline and arm openings of this dress. The entire neckline of the dress is then trimmed with diamond-looking rhinestones encircling pearl-like beads.
It's in good used condition. There are some marks on the wearer's right side and a few light pulls in the light blue fabric. The dress is so stunning, it's hard to see any flaws.
Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. All were taken on the front or back of the dress with it laid flat.

Was it made in the 1920s or is ot a reproduction?
doodleandtaffy
@adrienneclassen I don't know if it's actually from the 1920s or a reproduction. It seems too elaborate and intricate to be a reproduction or costume. However, although it has a few minor condition issues, I feel like it doesn't show enough wear to actually be from the 1920s. That's why I didn't specify a date in my description.

Are the arm holes different sizes or is it just how the dress is hanging?
doodleandtaffy
@donnakeba That's just how the dress is hanging in the photos. I just measured the arm holes. They're both ~7.5" in length from top to bottom. I'll add that measurement to the listing. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

What is the measurement across the shoulders?
doodleandtaffy
@donnakeba The top left side of the left shoulder to be top right side of the right shoulder is 14.5".
