Dressbarn wrap whimsigoth sparkly top

this is an adorable top by Dressbarn. its got a velvety black fabric with a cute sparkle pattern, and see through mesh frills on the collar and the sleeves. the sleeves are either half length or 3/4 length. no size tags so I've included some photos with measurements. I'd estimate it could fit a range of sizes with the wrap style but it fits a size large. good condition. reminds me of the whimsigoth style
