ELLERY White Blouse Shirt Dress SIZE 4 Twin Button Oversized Collar ITALY Cotton

Very interesting Ellery piece - could not find the exact name of. This is a sort of deconstructed dress shirt to be worn as a short dress. There is an oversized collar feature as well as ruffling. Accented with sets of twin buttons. There is a thigh split on the sides and loops for it to be worn belted. This is a Size 4 US but please see pictures for measurements. 100% cotton and made in Italy. While I could not find the name of the design I did spot a picture of the same design with a different pattern modeled on a mannequin which is included as the last photo.
