Drop strap 15.5 inches. The outside of the bag consist of snake, skin, blue leather material. There are two magnetic shot pockets on the outside of the purse. Gold hardware throughout. The shoulder strap consist of a gold chain and navy/black leather combination. There is a name tag on the inside the bag and the inside the bag is made up purple satin. There is one zippered pocket on the inside.very nice. I see no flaws. Maybe a little bit of minor where the snakeskin leather has been folded.
