This is the "Flutter" top. Sweetheart neckline, 3/4 length bell sleeves that can be rolled up, flowy multi-level bottom with ruffle & POCKETS. Pull over styling. No material tag, but I think it is seersucker or a cotton/linen blend. Black & white gingham print. Hand wash or gentle cycle.
