This is a pretty dress worn only once to a dance! It is halter style dress in a pretty daisy print at the top. There is a black panel at the chest, but it is not see through/mesh. The skirt part is pleated and flowy. It is lined. Dress has been dry cleaned and ready to go! This is an expensive dress from Neiman Marcus that retailed for $300.
