EUC Tracy Reese Ornate Bling Metallic Accent Blazer/Jacket w/Velvet Collar

Used but in good condition. Size 6. Has small little mark on the collar but would be tucked under while wearing. Had a few stray strings on the back im not familiar with this piece so im not sure if its just a flaw or if something may be missing. Besides that everything looks intact gorgeous!
