Edouard Rambaud Paris Byzantine Gold Belt with Hearts made in Italy

Edouard Rambaud Paris Byzantine Gold Belt, I have shown this as a necklace as it works well as a necklace or belt. I believe this belt to be from the 1990's, his shop is in Paris, but this belt was made in Italy. Edouard Rambaud was a fabulous 1980's designer best known for his Large runway earrings. He was famous for his use of hearts, suns, stars, and crosses in his designs. He made big bold statement pieces using lots of rolled gold and platinum. Rambaud's designs were influential in the 80's and 90's. This belt or necklace measures from end to end is 35" long, The size of each round coin/disc is 1" across and the size of each heart charm is 1-1/4" by 1". The section of round disc measures 26 inches, can be extended to 33 inches with the extender chain. Signed on each heart/charm MADE IN ITALY. First picture is a sample.
