Eiffel Designs NEW Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased on posh. Loved it but, it doesn’t fit! This piece is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and well made. I was looking to use it for a cover up for an upcoming vacation but, it a bit too big and too much of a real dress. Totally my fault. It has a liner inside. This would work well as resort wear.
