lucymart818 @tlcmendozy To be honest the jacket is stretching and even if it seems to be tight on the breast portion it still keeps stretching and fits perfectly that area.

tlcmendozy @lucymart818 if you said 20in. it would be worth considering however 16in. only gives a breast measurement of 32 inches which is pretty small for an extra large.

lucymart818 @tlcmendozy Let me double check it again and I will let you know. Maybe I was wrong. It could be even of that size or maybe even bigger as it extends and is of extra large size. Plus the fabric itself is stretching easily and perfectly covers the bust portion even the big bust area.

lucymart818 Yes you were right. It makes even bigger than 20. The fabric is 96% polyester and 4% spandex and says that lining makes 100% polyester.
