Do you think it would fit an XL person, or is it specifically shaped as a size small? Are there any seams on the shoulder?

@toyhawk88 Honestly most garments like this are labeled one size fits most. There are no shoulder seams. This mannequin is a size small and it look big on it. The only thing I could think of is that they were going by the length measurement which is approximately 19" from shoulder to bottom of hem for torso size. I hope this is helpful. ❤️ Dee
