Beautiful dress has a black under slip covered with a layer of solid black netting and a layer of black netting with gold glitter specks. Bottom of dress is a-line. Netting on top is slightly gathered. Chest across is 32”. Waist across is 15”. Top to hem-line is 38”. Zipper down back.Dress has thin spaghetti straps but can be worn strapless.
